Matthew Thomas, DO

A Virginia native, Matthew Thomas, DO worked as a civil engineer before attending medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Upon graduation in 2005, he went active duty in the United States Army and gained his Family Medicine board certification while stationed at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. After being honorably discharged from the military, he worked in emergency medicine for several years while gaining an additional board certification in Addiction Medicine. He and his family have lived in northeast Tennessee since 2011.
